Our Trip To The Tamaki Estuary

On Monday 1st July my school and I went and cleaned up the Tamaki Estuary. We split off into groups and cleaned the Estuary. Sadly, we didn't get to pick up all the rubbish we saw but we managed to clean up most of it. All the trash that we found were put into green buckets. When we finished we tipped all the rubbish into bags. We managed to collect three big bags full of rubbish. We then washed and sanitised our hands, had lunch, and as a reward, played on the playground!
